Instructions to Candidates
Ÿ This Admit Card must be presented for verication along with at least one original (not photocopy or scanned copy), valid photo
identication card (for example: College ID, Employer ID, Driving License, Passport, PAN card, Voter ID, Aadhaar-UID or similar such
document).
Ÿ This Admit Card is an important document. It should be produced at the time of the Written Test and the Interview. Admit card can be
downloaded on or before 23rd February 2019 after which the portal shall be closed. It is the responsibility of the individual to keep the hall
ticket safely till the completion of interviews (subject to shortlisting in the written test).
Ÿ The issue of the Hall Ticket is only a provision for taking the Entrance Examination and does not imply that the candidate
satises all the requirements to be eligible for seeking admission to the course.
Ÿ Please report to the examination venue at 07:45 AM for registration & identity verication. Candidates will be permitted to appear for the
examination ONLY after their credentials are veried by Centre ofcials. For facilitating the process effectively, no candidate will be allowed
to enter the exam hall after 08:30 A.M. Test starts at 09:00 A.M. sharp. Candidates can login and start reading the necessary instructions 20
minutes before start of the examination.
Ÿ Candidates are advised to locate the examination centre and its accessibility at least a day before the examination, so that they can reach
the centre on time for the examination.
Ÿ The total duration of the examination is 90 min for internal candidates and 210 minutes for external candidates. NO CANDIDATE WILL BE
ALLOWED TO ENTER THE EXAMINATION HALL AFTER 08:30 A.M.
Ÿ Candidates will not be permitted to leave the examination hall before the end of the examination.
Ÿ Candidates are strictly instructed not to bring any of the mobile gadgets or electronic devices. Calculators which you are bringing from
outside are not allowed inside the centre. We shall assist you with simple calculators (enabled in the system during online written test) for
the purpose of the exam.
Ÿ Rough Sheets will be provided to candidate for rough work. Candidates have to write their name and registration number on the rough sheet
before they start using it. The rough sheets must be returned to the invigilator after the end of the examination.
