In first technical session Inaugural ceremony took place and in it Shri Pawan Sinha Guruji and
Dame Dr. prof. Meher master moose and Mr. Shantilal ji kawar. There took place saraswati
vandana and lighting of the candles many dignitaries’ Dr. M.N. Jain, director sir, director
ma’am and later on dame dr. prof. Meher spoke few word of wisdom and about his experience
in his field then came Mr. Shantilal who also talked about his experiences and gave some tips
regarding entrepreneur ship and business.

In second technical session on 15-11-2019 at 1:30 pm in which another three eminent speaker
spoke on the topic “INDIAS ECONOMIC GROWTH –ROAD AHEAD’ Mr. G.
Chandrasekhar, Mr. Sandip Ghosh and Mr. Anil Bokil they spoke about agriculture specially
about soyabean then how far is India from development. They discussed HDI and many things
more, amount what India need to improve, what steps should be taken to bring India among
the major powers of the world.

In third technical session on 16-11-2019 on topic ‘REDESIGNING BUSINESS STRATEGIES

FOR DEVELOPING COUNTRIES’ at 11:00 am where the eminent speakers and the achievers
in their work mainly the business mind people Mr. Vijay Sardana, Mr. Hanmantrao Gaikwad
and Mr. Sayeed Ansari spoke about what to do to build in such a way that it reaches the height
they mentioned some points like there need to be change as it the best policy, think like
consumers as be best sellers, believe on your team be a leader, keep your on the market keep
on analysing your market and be a goof competitor in your field. Gaikwad sir told his struggle
story and we got to learn much from his experiences. Ansari sir was unable to attend the
meeting so he gave video message by which he motivated student toward achieving their goals
and a alarm to students that they stay away from drugs.

In Alumni Interaction 16-11-2019,, 01:30 Pm the same session Swami Mukundanad Ji talked
about what people are within and they need to know themselves understand what need to do to
strive excellence. Mr. Sumit Neogi Vice President – Human Resource, Reliance Industries Ltd.
Talked about his experience and the ways how he used resources in development of his
business what were his strategies and what should be done to pull up the business. How
resources should be effectively used in order to get positive results.
 FOURTH SESSION - MILLENNIALS AND
GENERATION 'Z' - 'CONNECTING NEW INDIA'

In fourth session on 17-11-2019 on topic MILLENNIALS AND GENERATION 'Z' -

'CONNECTING NEW INDIA' at 10:30 am it was opened by Mr. Nishant Jain H.O.D. of law
Mr. Rajeev Bhadauriya, Dr. Ved Pratap Vaidik, Mr. Manish Mundra and Mr. Anand Kumar
this day it was a gathering of stars who achieved a lot and spoke words of wisdom to students.
Kumar sir a decent man talked about how was his journey towards Cambridge and motivated
students to dream big. The ‘z’ here indicated the youth which has immense power in it to
change the world. Mr. Mundra talked about passion which can take you at the peak of this
world and gave some tips to students about life, dreams and goals. Vaidik sir was introducing
students with his experiences in different countries and gave tips to student to be in touch with
their language, Indianism etc.

Then came Mr Rajeev Bhaduria who talked about transform program which he was making in
collaboration with different countries. And told students how to make themselves so beneficial
to others, while he was delivering speech came Sumitra Mahajan Ma’am to pay visit in the
silver jubilee of PIMR.

Then our institute made two world records that is first was that it was large no. of people singing
hymns and the second one is that it was the long lasted technical session of 5-6 hours.

Some students of U.G. also launched a album on “me na janti”.

 CONCLUSION

the conferences and the technical session were so inspiriting we learned a lot and heard so
many great personalities with so many different thought and ideas everyone in race to strive
excellence making students learn how they should do to achieve the excellence.

The dignitaries who were invited were so ambitious and got many things and we got from the
experience what they have earned in their life is through struggle.

It was silver jubilee of our college and we enjoyed a lot listening those wisdom of pearls.

We look forward for another occasion as inspiring as this was.
