Rules and Regulations inside the working area:

 Please come on time

 Practice the hygiene and sanitation specially the body.

 Keep your fingernails short and clean.

 Clean and sanitize worktables after every use.

 Use the raw materials on a first-in-first-out basis. This practice is more convenient and also
saves you a lot of money.

 Soak wiping clothes in a sanitized solution when not in use.

 Properly wash your hands with soap and water numerous time during the work day.

 Wash the utensils after using it.

 Avoid touching your any part of your head or hair when handing food.

 don’t wear any jewelry while working in pastry shop or bakery.

 If you have any injury do not expose it and keep it covered with proper dressing.

 Please ask permission before going out.

 Everyone must have only one day off.


Narration of Experiences

As a student we experience happiness and struggles. I already know my limitations in every


step. I am taking, step and path of success. Being a grade 12 student who has many projects and
the next one is work immersions where in this subject we get more knowledge and skills and
become trained we needed to prepare in the near future.

In my first shifting , January 21, 2020, I started my work immersion, It was the first day of
work immersion, I arrived 6:00 am at Dan’s Eatery. I greet the supervisor and the staff of the
Dan’s Eatery. The first task was I make barbeque stick and I learn on how to make barbeque. It’s
early in the morn ing and many costumers are buying lugaw, spaghetti and etc. For their
breakfast. January 28, 2020, is the second shifting of our work immersion. I was assign at our
lady of miraculous medal bakery at San Jose, Viga Catanduanes. In my first day. I arrived 6:00
am I greet my supervisor and the staff a pleasant good morning to all maam/ sir. In my first day I
have an idea on the task that I will do then, I saw an unwashed materials tools so I wash it and I
start to purge the front. Then I try to bake pudding, cookies and etc. At 8:00 am. After they take
snack to all workers.
And when it comes to school and work application I’ve learned that the lesson that my work
immersion teacher teach us like the proper attitude and work ethics on the company we can apply
it for the good socialize to the other and become trained that we needed to prepare in the near
future.
