Method for modulus

Z = -1-i√3
Complex number of z is of the form x+iy
Here x = -1, y = -√3

Modulus of z = √x^2+y^2
= √(-1)^2 + (-√3)^2
= √1+3
= √4
=2
Hence, modulus is 2
