CO1 :: understand the basics of statistical software

CO2 :: apply the statistical software for performing regression analysis

CO3 :: infer the results obtained from various statistical analysis

• to perform correlation analysis through software

• to perform linear regression (simple and multiple) and its interpretation

• to perform the analysis of variance and its interpretation

• to perform multiple comparison test like Tukey and Scheffe test

• to estimate the variance components

• to perform the residual analysis to check the fitness of model

• to detect the outlier and influential observations

• to detect the presence of multicollinearity in the data and its interpretation

• to perform ridge regression and principal component regression

• to perform the binary logistic regression
