EVALUATOR GUILDE LINES FOR 6TH SEM 

PROJECT LEADING TO FINAL YEAR PROJECT 
Dear Evaluator , 

Follow the steps for evaluation 

1. YoU  will  be given the  attendance sheet /evaluation  sheet as per your schedule mailed 

to you. 
2. You  are  required  to  access  the  student  project  in  terms  of  following  points  by  PPT 
presentation only.( total 100 points) 

i )​ project title and group information -na

ii) aim and objective-na

iii) abstract-na

iv) motivation reason-​10 points

v) Similar available product /technology in the present market-​10 points

vi) Novelty in comparison to above point no v.-​20 points

vii) working methodology or plan of work-​20 points

viii) industrial or practical application / suggest industry name as a end user -​20
points

ix) Approx.Capacity, capability, specification of the proposed project in terms of

units, digits , values etc .​-10points

x) Resources or facility required to finish your project and its availability in the
market .-​10 points

3. Take the sign of each member and put “ABSENT” is any one failed to appear. 
4. Each  group  is  accessed  by  two  evaluators  as  per  schedule  ,  both  Evaluators  need  to 
evaluate  the  project  individually  and  give  them  separate  points  out  of  100  as  per 
above  rubrics.  ​Passing  marks  will  be  70  ​(  average  by  both evaluators to be done and 
to  be  informed  to  students  immediately  at  the  time  of  Viva  that  their  project  title  is 
accepted or rejected.) 
5. Each group will be given 15 minutes for presentation. 
6. OUR  PRIME  INTENTION  TO  ORGANISE  THIS  SCREENING  1  PRESENTATION  IS  “ 
NOVELTY,  ADVANCEMENTS,  PROCUREMENT  OF  ACHIEVING  LATEST  STANDARDS  LIKE 
BHARAT STAGE -4,6 : INDUSTRY 4.0 ,OR ANY . 
7. Each evalutor is required to enter the the points in the given below link
