AGREEMENT BETWEEN TRAINEE AND WJLPTC UNDER STUDY NOW PAY LATER PROGRAM FOR

CAREGIVER

The study now pay later program for caregiver will be grant to those qualified trainees. WJLPTC have all
the right to select qualified trainee who will undergo the said program.

By signing this agreement

1. I am fully aware that WJLPTC is not a recruitment agency but a training center for nihongo language.

2. I agree to follow all the rules and regulation set by WJPLTC.

3. I agree to finish the entire course of training.

3. I fully understand the terms and condition for the said program set by WJLPTC.

a. Each student who wish to undergo training of nihongo at WJLPTC is required to pay the
amount of Thirty Five Thousand Pesos (Php 36,000.00)for the entire course. The initial amount to be
pay is Eight Thousand Pesos (Php 8,000.00) for down payment and the remaining amount will be
divided and to be pay on or before every evaluation exam. In case the trainee will not able to pay the
required amount every evaluation exam the said trainee will not allow to take the exam.

b. The said course will run for about 400 hours, 4 hours per day.

c. Under the said SNPL program the student is not required to pay the amount of Thirty Five
thousand pesos (Php 35,000.00) but instead they are going to pay fifteen thousand pesos (Php
15,000.00) only. The initial amount to be pay is five thousand pesos (Ph 5,000.00) and the remaining
amount will be divided and to be pay on or before every evaluation exam. In case the trainee will not
able to pay the required amount every evaluation exam the said trainee will not allow to take the exam.
The remaining Twenty Thousand pesos (Php 20,000.00) will be pay two months after the deployment of
the said trainee in Japan.

d. The trainee who will undergo the said program must pass the JLPT N4 exam required by Japan
for them to be qualified for possible employment in Japan.
 e. In case there will be an interview from our tie up recruitment agencies in Manila the trainee is
encouraged to undergo the interview in his/her own expense.

F. The institution will not be held liable if in any case the employer did not select the said trainee
during the interview. It is the employer’s discretion who are they going to hire. Remember it is up to you
how will you convince the employer that you are the right person they are looking.

G. In case the said trainee did not pass the JLPT N4 level exam, he/she is given a chance to take
another exam.

H. In case the said trainee decided to quit after he/she started the said program, the said trainee
is obliged to pay the full payment of Thirty Five thousand pesos (Php 35,000.00) and will be banned to
make any transaction with WJLPTC.

I. In case of any unwanted occurrence of accident on trainees, and this occurrence will be the
reason for the trainee to quit the said program the said payment for the whole course will be under
negotiation between the two parties.
