Sub: Construction Clearance for Public/Private buildings abutting
Mumbai-Ahmedabad High Speed Rail (MAHSR) land boundary.
With regard to clearance for construction of building near MAHSR Land
boundary following would be applicable:
a) Setback as per existing state bye-law restrictions shall be provided.
b) In case of any excavation activity being taken up within 5 meters from the
edge of MAHSR Land Boundary, the same shall be brought to the noti
of NHSRCL, prior to construction, for safety of MAHSR structure f
