AFFIDAVIT

We, GIC Housing Finance Ltd., through its Authorized Officer Mrs.
Mahalakshmi Sharma, having their office address at 211, 2nd Floor, Satra
Plaza, Palm Beach Road, Vashi, Navi Mumbai having their registered office
at Royal Insurance Building, 6th Floor, 14, Jamshedji Tata Road, Churchgate,
Mumbai – 400 020 do hereby, solemnly affirm and declare as under:

1. That we are one of the leading Financial Institution of India and are
providing housing finance as per the requirement/s on the terms and
conditions on taking security for the repayment on the terms and
conditions contained in the loan Agreement or any other document/s
executed by the Borrower/s.

2. That Mr. Prabhulkar Hussain Yakub had applied for and sanctioned a
loan by GIC Housing Finance Ltd, Vashi Branch (Customer ID-
004109823 & File No. MH004600109823)

3. We say that we have misplaced or lost the original Receipt and it is not
traceable inspite of my best efforts.

4. We are making this Affidavit for the purpose of submitting it to the

school authorities for claiming refund of the Security Deposit as it has
now become due for refund against submission of the original Receipt.

5. We hereby undertake to indemnify the school authorities to the extent

of the Security Deposit amount, in case the lost Receipt is misused or a
counter claim for refund is made by any person based on the lost
Receipt.

6. Refund cheque to be made in favour of Hitesh Hirachand Shah.
