guidelines.

LAC Plan is well-planned.
Collaborative: The LAC Plan is collaboratively
created by the core planning team.
Inclusiveness: The LAC Plan is wide-ranging and
gender sensitive. It does not promote inappropriate
attitude towards members of other religion, race or
gender.
