Based in Westerville, Ohio, Neumeric Technologies was founded in 1999. We began with a focus on
delivering niche application solutions to private and public sector clients. Since our beginning, we have
grown to an international staff of +300 team members, developed and implemented over 150 software
applications including web and mobile applications, data migrations, managed services and hosting. Our
engagements range from 1 month to more than 3 years with project values ranging from $10,000 - $3M.
Our mobile applications are developed for both Android and iOS native platforms along with cross
platform technologies including Ionic, Cordova, and PhoneGap.
Our public sector clients include: Cincinnati Public Schools, Baltimore County Public Schools,
Montgomery College (MD), the University of Oklahoma, Waukesha County (WI), the State of North
Carolina, the State of South Carolina, the State of Ohio, the State of Mississippi, the State of Vermont,
the County of San Mateo, Sonoma County, the City of Phoenix, and the City of Delray Beach,FL. Our
private sector clients include: Fannie Mae, Anthem, Kroger, Chase Bank, Nation Wide Insureance,
Molinai Healthcare, Toyota, Ford, and General Motors.
Neumeric’s core team for the proposed MKAA project is a group of highly experienced technology
experts. Our proposed team has expertise in multiple technologies and are well positioned to execute the
scope of work pertaining to this RFP. Below table refers roles and responsibilities of the staff.

Development process
Neumeric utilizes Agile Methodology, a structured, collaborative and detailed development approach on
all project implementations. The entire project is divided into different phases with clear delineation of
tasks and deliverables for each phase.

Neumeric has all of the on-hand internal resources in order to fully complete the MKAA project and we
will not be outsourcing any part of this project to any outside parties or to any subcontractors for this
project.

Neumeric developed the different modules of the website, which include Elections, Events, and Tests,
Membership sections along with payment gateway integrations of the website using custom plugins
developed in MVC and jQuery and integrated the developed plug-ins with the PayFlow payment
gateway. Neumeric also facilitated the development of backend operations for the website maintenance
which enabled the users to post content on the website.
Project #2: Fam-Ess Quest to Clean up
Quest to Clean-up (http://www.questtocleanup.com) is a cross platform application for use with all
devices and developed to encourage families to teach the concept of Earn, Save and Spend by providing
tools for the parents and kids to learn personal and fiscal responsibility. The application has recently been
expanded to interact with teachers, parents and students offering earned rewards for goals accomplished.

The system monitors the sets, logs and records the various activities, sends out notifications to the
various user groups (standard and customized), has an interactive calendar and event planner, real
time text and chat, an event scheduler, e-wallet, and a payment portal.
Parents and teachers approve the tasks and in response the children or students earn rewards.

Corporate Elevator is an IT professional resource provider (an IT staffing solution provider for direct
hire, C2C, consultant placements, and training) serving public and private sector clients. Neumeric
developed and deployed the website and access points for different user groups to obtain information on
job opportunities, upload candidate information into the CE data base, created the searchable filters
(Recent Job Posts, positions) by state, city and country, and potential employers, and developed the
communication portals between Corporate Elevator, their clients and their talent pool. Neumeric
developed the entire site, portals, links, content, filters, and analytical tracking and reporting functions
on for this project.
Founded in 2008, Sudhi began as a niche recruiting and development firm serving the financial,
insurance, automotive and healthcare sectors. The Neumeric application development team designed the

Training:

Neumeric will work with the MKAA team to develop a comprehensive training program for the various
user groups and will ensure a smooth transfer of knowledge to the team. Training programs will be
devised in a manner to provide the various MKAA user groups confidence in the new system in as short
time possible. Reference materials will be provided along with the additional on call personal support
offered under our value-add maintenance and support program running 12 months following the 90 day
warranty period (at no charge). In addition, Neumeric will provide as needed tutorials including videos,
presentations, and a FAQ section.
“Lead” Training:
Neumeric will train a dedicated trainer who will become the MKAA website expert in using the
functionality associated with the various user groups and will be able to train all other members of the
team.
Quality Definition: The quality parameters will be defined during the initial meetings between
the MKAA team and Neumeric.
Quality Planning: The quality parameters will be determined in the Quality Definition stage. This
becomes the road map for the Quality Assurance plan.
Quality Assurance: The Deliverables which have been defined during the definition and planning
stages are fully outlined and shaped. This stage is accomplished by regular reviews and audits by
the Neumeric and MKAA project managers.
