• Created and implemented programming for National Celebrate First-Generation College Students Day for
over 25 students that identified as first-generation college students. Delegated tasks to staff and student-

• Support the Media and Access Technology Coordinator at Disability Services with helping around 95
students per quarter in accessing textbooks and course materials in alternative formats by running texts
through Optical Character Reader in Adobe PDF

accommodations and proctoring for over a 100 students per quarter using a new online accommodation
management system. Created tutorial videos for students and faculty on how to navigate the new system
using a Learning Management Platform called Canvas and Microsoft Office PowerPoint
• Support office staff in data entry into a software management program and provide coverage at the front
desk when needed such as answering phone calls, taking notes, scheduling appointments for advisors using
the new online system and Outlook Calendar; Completed FERPA training

Learning Center Director College of the Marshall Islands August 2015 – August

• Oversaw the daily operations of the Learning Center and designated computer labs by ensuring they were
open during hours of operation, making sure equipment such as printers, computers, and air conditioners
were working well and reported issues immediately to appropriate departments, ensured that study spaces
and work areas were neat and clean
• Directed four Academic Support staff and supervised around 10 to 25 student tutors and computer lab
monitors
• Developed a recruitment, interview, assessment, and hiring process for the Academic Support Program
