ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

DAY 11 – April 30, 2018

We attended the flag raising ceremony held at Parañaque City Hall. We arrived in Parañaque City
College at 9:30am and we headed the computer laboratory to continue our pending works from last
week’s tasks. We continue doing syllabus. It’s hard but I enjoy typing even though my hands got hurt
sometimes and my head is cracking from pain.

(MAY 1, 2018 – LABOR DAY)

DAY 12 – May 2, 2018

We, SPES made a simple surprise to Dr. Silva because tomorrow is his birthday, but we celebrate it
today. We greet him with giving a simple message. Dr. Silva ate with us for a lunch, he treated us a
lunch. After lunch we need to wash the plate we used. I wipe the plates, spoons, and forks, glass cup
and utensils we used. After we clean the things we used we headed to computer lab to continue doing
syllabus.

DAY 13 – May 3, 2018

We continue our syllabus tasks. I already made 6 subjects, 2 from BSREM and 4 from BSTM. Its hard but
I will tell you that I’ve learned a lot of things because I didn’t just type, copy and paste the information’s
because I read it.

DAY 14 – May 4, 2018

We assist the examinees who will take a entrance exam, and after we assist them we continue doing
syllabus. We finished doing accomplishment report to be sign of our department head.

Ate Con tell my team that we need to clean the cookery laboratory and we vacuum the pantry.
