Pip To Release New Single

Just. Pip is due to release his new Single, Frank, on 14th

February 2020 on all streaming platforms. Just. Pip was
previously a member of Gulls, a Scottish metal band, however,
he has played since a young age. Since going solo Just. Pip
has experimented with many genres including, Classical, Indie,
Pop-Punk, and Metal, which gives his music a unique and
strong sound, which has been referred to as the ‘Pip’ style.

Frank takes you through a musical journey, with the beginning

giving you an upbeat acoustic indie feel which leads to a
more vulnerable and emotional bridge. The layers of Pip’s
vocals, guitar and drums make a perfect blend and adds a
fullness to the song. Frank was originally inspired by his
childhood cat, which then blossomed into a ‘Pip style’
treasure and really shows Just. Pip’s original sound.

Just. Pip’s music is an individual and unique heaven with catchy lyrics and a strong
sound. With a background of music studies in Aberdeen and Edinburgh Pip really
understands the Scottish music scene and this shows in his songs. His “mood of the
moment” songwriting allows him to connect with many genres which gives him a
diverse fan base.

The acoustic guitar melody in Frank has been compared to the likes of John Mayer
due to the soothing tone and style. This is the beginning of Just. Pip and he is
definitely going to be doing big things in the next few years.
