Erin Ponsonby to release debut EP

Little Town

Erin Ponsonby is due to digitally

release her debut EP, Little Town, on
Friday 24th April 2020, through
Interchord Records, produced by Mark
Tindal from Open Eyes Productions.
Erin has been gigging for a while and has performed in many famous venues
throughout Glasgow. The EP will be available to stream on all streaming platforms.
After her single premier of Love Like The Movie on 27th March 2020, fans have
been eager to hear more from Erin. Little Town follows a story through Erin’s life,
from break-ups to finding new love.

Little Town is best described as acoustic pop/folk with country vibes. Erin began
seriously writing music from the age of 16 and uses music as an outlet to write about
her experience through love, lust and heartbreak, which is shown throughout the
tracks in Little Town. Storytelling is a big part of Erin’s music, which stems from her
love of country music.

Talking about the EP Erin elaborates “The song arrangement of my Little Town EP
forms a storyline which recognises the different stages of love and
relationships. Don’t Let Me Drown identifies the disappointment of being let down
by someone, Getting Over You captures the moving on process which then flows
into Love Like The Movies where a new relationship is craved and lastly Northern
Lights explores the adventure within a new relationship.”

The music of Little Town features catchy and relatable lyrics, memorable upbeat
guitar melodies and soothing vocals and will be sure to cause some definite cases of
earworm.

Erin Ponsonby is destined for great things and this is just the beginning.

Track List:
1. Don’t Let Me Drown
2. Getting Over You
3. Love Like The Movies
4. Norther Lights
Live Performances

Although Erin would be touring extensively all over the UK in 2020, all shows have
been suspended due to COVID-19. To which Erin comments, “This is terrible for all
musicians worldwide and has had a dramatic impact on the music industry
especially with live shows, getting out music out there, and has resulted in little or no
income. I hope to be playing shows again soon.”
