• The servo pump & piston filler can fill pharmaceutical, cosmetic, dairy, chemical, food, etc. Both thin and thick products and also
very large particulates. Cosmetic creams as well as thick, chunky sauces at pasteurized temperatures can be filled.
 Pickle and Paste Filling Machine

Fills all kinds of Pickles, Ginger - Garlic Pastes, Curry Pastes, ready to Eat Foods, Bio-Pesticides and Adhesives.

 Monoblock Rotary Rinser Filler Capper
• The machine is designed to work with different-volume
containers in the range from 0.2 to 5 liters, using a
minimal quantity of change parts.
• Mass flowmeter technology for hygienic filling.
• The bottles used can be glass, HDPE or PET, with
cylindrical, square, rectangular or elliptic cross section.
• CIP connection and pump for rinsing fluid lead-off.
• Sterilization for the bottles and the caps and over pressure
supply of a laminar flow of sterile air into the working zone
of the machine.
• Sterilization can be carried out both with hydrogen
peroxide based solution and with superheated steam.
