COUNTER-AFFIDAVIT

I, Little Red Riding Hood , Filipino, minor, single, and a resident of Block 30, Lot
9, Salcedo Village, Makati City, after having been duly sworn in accordance with the law
hereby deposes and states that:

1. I am a student of Makati Christian Hope School, 16 years of age. A copy of my birth

certificate is hereto attached as Exhibit "1".

2. I was charged by PRINCE S. CHARMING of the crime of MURDER under Article

248 of the Revised Penal Code of the Philippines;

3. I admit the allegations contained in the complaint-affidavit but I raise self-defense

when I killed Andrew Wolf;

4. That on or about 8:30 a.m. of November 10, 2014, I went to the house of my
grandmother, Virginia Hood, located at Block 50 , Lot 1, Salcedo Village, Makati City
in order to bring her some food.

5. Before I enter the house, I called upon my grandmother in order to determine if she's
at home. Someone answered from inside the house saying "Andito ako sa kwarto
apo".

6. Thereafter, I went inside the house and into the room of my grandmother. I saw
someone lying in the bed of my grandmother. I immediately assumed that the
person lying in the bed was my grandmother because that person was wearing my
grandmother's clothes and her wig.

7. When I approached the bed, I was immediately attacked by the person lying in the
bed. I identified him as Andrew Wolf who is my neighbor and is known to be a
notorious cannibal. Pictures depicting the injuries inflicted upon me by Andrew Wolf
is hereto attached as (Exhibit “2”)

8. I was scared of him since he was holding a gun in his hand. An altercation ensued
between us and I managed to kick him in the groin. When he was doubling in pain, I
 tried to wrestle from him the gun from his hand. However, the gun fired and he was
shot on his stomach.

9. After which, I ran outside the room and I yelled for help. I screamed for my
grandmother but there was no answer from her. I assumed that she was killed by
Andrew Wolf and that Andrew Wolf ate her.

10. I thought that my grandmother was still alive inside Andrew Wolf's stomach so I
grabbed a pair of scissors from my sewing kit and cut open his stomach. However,
much to my dismay, my grandmother was not inside his stomach. After which, I
grabbed some stones outside the house and I placed the stones inside his stomach
and I sewed his stomach shut.

11. Thereafter, I went straight home and told my mother what happened in my
grandmother's house. I asked her to accompany me to the police station in order to
relay what happened. However, before going to the police station, my mother
assisted me to the nearest hospital in order to treat my wounds. A copy of the report
from the medico legal is hereto attached as Exhibit "3."

12. In support of this counter affidavit, I hereunto attached the Judicial Affidavit of
Virginia Hood (Exhibit “4”.)

13. This Counter Affidavit is being executed to attest to the truth of all the foregoing facts
and events.
