To avoid obstacles and barriers, 1* day of month, ‘open day for safety carried out. Worker can put their suggestion for any OH&S related issues. Top Management established a Safety committee, which includes Project In-Charge, Supervisor, Operator and from worker, worker's representative. Team members are involved in brainstorming exercise conducted, while preparing HIRA & determining control measures. Once in six months and / or whenever required, Safety Meeting is to be carried out, for discussing OHS issues and performance. Tool box meeting is arranged to have suggestions from workers. In the process of Incident Investigation, Team Members of the dept./section (where incident has occurred) are involved, along with the Manager In-Charge of the area, to provide inputs / information, to enable investigation & obtain the facts.
