GUIDELINE FOR EXPORT OF PRODUCTS OF ANIMAL

ORIGIN TO VIETNAM.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Socialist

Republic of Vietnam (NAFIQAD) has recently hosted guidelines on the
Food Hygiene and Safety Control for imported foodstuffs of Animal Origin
vides their circular no. 25/2010/IT-BNNPTNT, dated 8th April, 2010. The
circular is available on website www.nafiqad.gov.in It is understood from
the circular that the exporting countries and their Food Business Operators
(FBO) has to register their establishments for export of animal products to
Vietnam.

It is, therefore, requested that in case you are interested in export of

frozen boneless buffalo meat to Vietnam may complete the required
formalities as per the circular for registration with the NAFIQAD for export
to Vietnam.
