Good morning fellow english majors!

I, planned to not to prepare a speech for today because I

personally want to challenge myself and I just want to tell you what my heart insists. As an incumbent
officer of this organization, I observe a lot of things that needs an improvement. Last year we fail to
conduct several activities because of some technical difficulties. But to tell you honestly we planned a lot
but it did not just came to existence. However, this time, we will promise you anything (insert) but we
can just assure you that we will provide activities that is beneficial,full of joy, and learnings. This will be
possible if we only work as one and support as one.

On the side, my role as a treasurer is an essential aspect of this organization becuase I am responsible for
the financials or the money. This is something new to me because as an English major I personally hate
math not totally but I consider it as one my weaknesses and I know we are all amenable with. I know its
hard to transcend from Linguistics to Mathematics. But I will do my best to fulfill my tasks and
responsibilities to provide you transparency and limpidity of financials matters.

Again, we can achieve greater things if we work and support one another. Mabuhay ang CAG! Mabuhay
