L- Listen
To learn means to listen. Listening is essential for learning for it helps us to understand a
certain topic clearly, to formulate a reaction based on what we have understood. In fact, listening
was actually prevalent in the current landscape for teaching and learning wherein most activities
and discussions were conducted virtually. We simply just simply listen to what the teacher is
talking or discussing all about and later on react on it. Moreover, learning to listen means to
actually pay attention and to concentrate to what a person is saying.

E- Evolve
Development occurs when we learned new things or discoveries and later on apply it.
Application determines how we personally evolve and develop things like on how we think,
react and change our prior knowledge for or personal development.

A- Adapt
Learning occurs through adaptation in a way that our lives is changing and so our
environment. It is important for us to adapt with change, learn from it, adjust and challenge
ourselves for this change. Just like the current mode for teaching and learning, many students are
struggling including me in trying to cope up with this new environment for teaching and learning
but I always remind myself to accept the challenge for me to continuously learn, elaborate
things, expand my understandings, and to grow even better. Finally, learning is part of
adaptation.
R- Reciprocate
Learning occurs effectively when two persons got to share and exchange ideas and
discuss later on. Reciprocity is important in learning for it develops collaboration and sense of
dependence among each other.

N- Network
Learnings also occurs through collaboration or connection between the members of the
group in a way that they got to share, compare and contrast ideas individually for better output
and learning. Its like a win-win situation wherein they can learn to one another, improve their
judgements so that no one will be left behind.

I- Integrate
Integrated learning occurs when student combine all the things he or she have learned
inside the classroom, whether it’s a theory or technique for a purpose of solving a particular
problem.

N- Navigate
Learning occurs through navigating and applying information, strategies and skills taught
inside the classroom to a new situation or context.

G- Grow
Growing results in change, it is an indication of how much we have learned from a
certain topic. Change in terms of the way we understand things, change in behavior, etc. In fact,
growing knowledge can help us to become more productive and flexible. We continuously learn
new things every day and it is important to apply all these things for us to determine our growth
as an individual or as a learner.
