Dear Dean Del Rosario:

This pertains to the take-home exam given to us in our Legal

Counselling class. It appears that we have misapprehended the
instruction given by our professor, Atty. Mon-em Abangad, and
thought it would be acceptable to submit a compilation of our
collective output.

We were asked to submit a total of six legal forms. The six of us

decided to distribute among ourselves the preparation of each legal
form and present the compilation thereof as our individual submission.

We sincerely apologize for our shortcoming. It was a lapse of judgment

on our part.
