Term & Conditions:-

1. Payment to be given by Pay Order/ Demand Draft, payable at DELHI, favouring "LOHIA KIA" & For Online:-A/c No. 38655728057, IFSC code. SBIN0031355, Branch name. MCB Lawrence Road.
2. Price & statutory levies prevailing at the time of Delivery are applicable irrespective of intial payment/booking date. DEALER STAMP
3. No receipt is vaild unless obtained on the official receipt.
3. The vehicle shall be delivered only on clearance of Demand Draft / Pay Order/ Cheque.
4. The registration of the vehicle and issue of registration certificate is at the sole discretion of the Transport Authority.
5. The delivery will be made on first come first serve basis, modelwise & colourwise.
6. Registration certificate copy will be given after Full & Final Payment against vehicle.
7. Please collect the order booking form with scheme details signed by the Sales Executive & Sales Manager.
8. ** Extended Warranty as optional** Extended Warranty is for 4th and 5th year & Unlimited Km, if purchased within 90 days of invoice of the vehicle.
9. *Basic kit includes Car Dustbin, Duster Cleaner, Tissue Box, Car Perfume, Divinity, Dual Port Mobile Charger, Bumper Corner Protector, Body Cover, Door Visor, Neck Rest, Floor Mat, Boot Mat, & Cushions.
10. TCS @ 1% will be charged on Ex-Showroom Prices above 10 lacs
11.Registration charges include-Road Tax +Hypothecation charges-Rs 1500+ Registration charges-Rs 600+Smart Card-Rs 200+Postal Charges-Rs 30.
12. Pan no. is requried for TCS Certificate. 25% additional charges in case of company registration for delhi.
