GAT! Web Portal has been created by NHAI for quick response/decisions from NHAI Officials on the project related issues. 2. The Contractors/ Concessionaires/User Fee collecting Agencies & Consultants(AEs/IEs) can register on the Portal by filling basic project related details and can raise any project specific issue like delay in decisions, including payments, or lodge any other grievance. This will bring transparency and speed up the decision making in NHAI as the Portal will be monitored by the higher authorities. 3. GATI Portal has facility to alert the concerned PIU, RO & HQ officers (CGM & GM) by email and SNS. It has been decided that concerned officer (PD or RO or GM at HQ) should acknowledge the issue preferably within 24 hours on the portal, host a preliminary reply within 3 days on the Portal, and pursue the matter on daily basis, to finally dispose it, maximum within 15 days. Portal must be updated after each development by all users. 4, The issue raised on the GATI Portal will be daily monitored by a team in NHAI and will be periodically reviewed by the Members, Chairman NHAI as well as Secretary (RTH) and Hon'ble MoS (RTH) and Hon'ble Minister (RTH). 5. All Contractors/Concessionaires/User Fee collecting Agencies/Consultants are requested to register and start using the GAT! Portal and bring out their pending issues and grievances for quick decision/resolution. One authorized representative of Contractors/ Concessionaires/User Fee collecting Agencies & Consultants per project will be permitted to access the Portal. 8. AIL PIUs/ROs/HQ (Gis & CGM) are directed to register on the GAT! Portal immediately and start responding to the issues/grievances raised. Customized Dashboard and Landing Pages have been created for the PIUs/ROs/HQ (GMs, CGMs & Members). Any new issue raised will be notified immediately on the Dashboard as “New Issue Raised”. 9.
