SUB:- Rates for Pipe Line Insulation and Piping for Chiller.

Dear Sir,
As per discussuion we are mentioning the rates as under:-

1. Labour charges for pipe line for chilled

Water including welding , support.

100 mm @ 125/- per rmt

80 mm @ 100/- per rmt
65 mm @ 80/- per rmt
50 mm @ 70/- per rmt
40 mm @ 60/- per rmt
25 mm @ 40/- per rmt

2. Labour charges for insulation of pipe

Line with 2 layer of XLPE high
Density foam with adhesive.

100 mm @ 95/- per rmt

80 mm @ 85/- per rmt
65 mm @ 75/- per rmt
50 mm @ 65/- per rmt
40 mm @ 50/- per rmt
25 mm @ 50/- per rmt

3. Supply of 12 MM 1st layer plain

And 2nd layer 9 MM Almunium
Faced XLPE foam. @ Rs. 400 per sqmt.

Vat on material will be charged extra @13.5%. Freight at actual extra.
