1. Teacher enters the classroom by impersonating how a kangaroo walks and


jumps.

2. Teacher goes around the classroom while impersonating other animals as


stated in the Superminds Book 1.
I. PRE-LESSON
3. For every gap of changing of animals, teacher asks the pupils ‘Who am I?’.
(10 minutes)
4. Teacher waits for a few seconds for the pupils to answer the questions. If the
pupils manage to answer, teacher rewards them with stickers.

5. Teacher tells the pupils that they are going to listen and sing to a song on
animals and their movements.

1. Teacher divides the pupils into three groups.

II. LESSON 2. Teachers asks the pupils to refer to the lyric in the textbook page 96.

DEVELOPMENT 3. Teacher plays the recording from CD3 Track 21.

(40 minutes) 4. Teacher asks the pupils to listen to the song.

5. Teacher demonstrate the actions in the song.


6. Teacher asks the pupils to sing along the song and follow the action.

7. Teacher repeats the session for three times.

8. Teacher pastes the picture cards and the word cards on the whiteboard.

9. Teacher asks the groups’ representative to come in front and take one
envelop containing two animals in it.

10. Teacher asks every groups to imitate the animals that they got, two animals
per group, one animal per round.

11. While the group imitate the animals, the other groups will guess the animal
that is being impersonated.

1. Teacher shows pictures of animals.

2. Teacher asks the pupils the name the animals.


III. POST LESSON 3. Pupils are given one big manila for each group.

(10 minutes) 4. Teacher gives each groups two animals and they have to paste them on the
manila card.

5. Pupils write the name of the animals and their movements.
