I am writing to express my deepest apologies for not being able to respond promptly to your
request for a copy of our company brochure, portfolio, and web design services price list.

Our company, with its newly appointed management, has undergone a number of key
changes in staff over the past few weeks, which may have missed your letter of request. It
took nearly two weeks, therefore, before your letter entered my desk.

At SKYGO INC., we appreciate our professional relationship with you, our customers, and
are proud to ensure the satisfaction of our customers with our services. Nonetheless, we
confess we failed to meet your needs this time around. Because of this, our Communications
Department has already been tasked with taking some measures to prevent possible
disruptions in the communication system.

price list of web design services you requested are attached herewith. If you have any
