Greetings!
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the SupremeZxt Hoody that I bought on
January 28, 2020 from your store. Though the hoody outside seems ok but when you wear it
something inside itches because it has small holes that cannot me noticed outside and also has
scratches. When I attempted to return it to the store on February 2, 2020, the employee on
duty, harls M, Taloy, told me that he would not accept the item because he didn’t see any
damage.
To resolve the issue, I would like you to refund the full amount that I paid (Php 1155.05,
including tax) through cash or bank transfer. I am enclosing a copy of the original receipt and
the bank details which you might need.
