Re: Request to Lower Compromise Penalty

Dear Ms Lobo,

We would like to request from your good office for a discount on penalty assessed for Focus Global's Makati
store branch (TIN#000-101-499-0025) late filing of application for ATP. Initial assessment given to us was P
11,000.00 and we are requesting if you can possibly waive the P10, 000.00 portion of it because there was
no failure of receipt issuance yet on our part since the store is still closed until now.

It would be a big help for us lessening the penalty for this branch we still have other branch that has incurred
penalties. Most of our employees are on quarantine and there are lots of miscommunication and backlogs
that's why this unfortunate situation has happened.
