You see, in this article many unethical and human error occurred in Shoppe
Express. That’s why many people think that Shoppe express was a scam. To be
able not to repeat the complicated and embarrassing incident to Shoppe Express.
I would suggest to implement a regulatory report for the employees. Well higher
position can to this too if they want. For this implementation employees will be
monitored by his/her team leader/supervisor and the employees need to write all
their all doings In workplace at the end of the day. This policy will be used every
day, employees will write their finished task, progress doing the task and how
many customers that they interact for this day. We need this policy to avoid the
incident in the past. But last we will have a so called DTR or Daily Time Record and
DWR or Daily Work report ensure the monitoring process of the employees and
organizing them. It easier to investigate with this type of policy because we have a
record of all the transaction and doing in workplace. Of course if the employee
will not right anything about this record. Then no record no salary.
