Dear Mr. Borleo John:

This letter is to inform you that the microwave I bought from your company does not work and it is not
up to the expectations. I am sorry to inform you that it is the third product that I’ve had to return this
month.

I would like to inform you that I bought the product from the IKEA at Fifth Avenue, Manila on March 10,
2020. I must inform you that I carefully followed all the instructions for use. However, except these few
products that I had return, I have been otherwise completely satisfied with your products.

This is to bring to your kind attention that your technician Mr. Jerry Suarez called up on me for the
second time in the past four days in order to repair our microwave #5678 at the above address.
Unfortunately the technician was unable to carry out the repair once more because the spare part #1234
was again not compatible.

I would be grateful if you could send a replacement. Please do not hesitate to contact me by e-mail at

for the inconvenience caused to you due to us.

In the meantime, we would like to replace your water dispenser with a brand new water dispenser of the
same brand with no shipping cost to you. Our delivery man will come and collect the defective product
and deliver the brand new water dispenser. Also, we would like to gift you a 1000 peso gift card which
can be used in any store, for the inconvenience caused to you due to us. We hope that you will continue
