You have recently bought a defective product from a famous store.


You tried to solve the problem at the store but the shop assistant behaved
rudely.

Write a letter of complaint (150 – 180) to the store manager to explain the
situation and ask for measures to be taken.

Dear Sir,

I am writing this to bring to you notice that the electric toaster that I have purchased from your
store on 03rd December 2020 is defective. I received a sealed piece along with the warranty
documents and the receipt and I went home. But when I opened the box and tested the toaster
according to the instructions it did not work at all.

Further more, I tried get some assistance from one of your employee and he behaved rudely and
he didn't even let me finish explain the problem.

I am a loyal customer who has purchased many electric products from your store over the years
but never faced such issues on any other occasions. So, I request you to take some actions about
your staff behavior and also I request you to kindly replace the defective electric toaster.

I am also enclosing a copy of the purchase documents and I am expecting to hear from you
within the next 3 days.
