ABOUT THE UNIVERSITY

The Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University is premier institution for legal education,
established in the year of 1997 in pursuance of The Tamil Nadu Act 1997. As a Sui Generis
model, the university is the first of its kind in the country offering legal education both on its
campus and through affiliated law colleges in the state of Tamil Nadu. The entire ten
Government law colleges stand affiliated to the TNDALU. The university has established a
School of Excellence in Law and post-graduation courses with ten departments within the
university campus. The university has AIR café and highly equipped digital library and
virtual classrooms with affordable fees structure.
ABOUT IELTS

THEME OF THE CONFERENCE

Block Chain Technology, invented in the year 2009 by a person known as Satoshi Nakamote,
has heralded a new era of global transformation in the domain of finance, governance,
industry, trade, education and other host of services. Initially applied for mining of Bit coins
and other crypto currencies, the Block Chain technology has travelled to a far more
revolutionary application, impacting every aspect of human life. It is rightly said that the
world is witnessing ‘Block Chain Revolution’. Whereas, the technology is advancing day in
and day out, the policy and regulatory eco-system is not developing in a satisfactory and
required pace. In the absence of adequate policy parameters and regulatory eco-system, the
advantage of this new age technology can hardly be explored to its fullest potential.

This International Conference is an opportunity to bring global experts in the domain of Law,
Technology, Economics and other allied disciplines to pool their ideas and suggestions for

GUIDELINES FOR ARTICLE SUBMISSION

1. Abstract of the article should be within 300 to 500 words & must state – Name of
Author/s, Designation, Title of the paper, Contact details;

2. Co-authorship is permitted with a maximum of two authors. If co-authored article, it


is mandatory that at least one author must attend the seminar to make a presentation,
if selected;

3. The Article should be between 3500 to 4000 words, excluding foot/end-notes;

4. Sources should be acknowledged, citations must be uniform;

5. The Article must be typed in Times New Roman (Font size 12) with 1.5 line spacing.
All foot/end-notes shall be in Times New Roman (Font Size 10);

6. Submission is to be made only in soft copy and in doc./docx. format;

7. The author/s has to submit a self-declaration as to originality of the research work.


The researcher alone will be held liable for any breach of IPR Laws, in this regard;

8. The Organisers of this International Conference have complete rights (all IPR) over
the research work and to utilize the same in any manner they deem fit;

9. The research work should not be used for any other purposes by the researcher, such

PLACES TO VISIT AT CHENNAI


MAHABALIPURAM
Mahabalipuram, also known as Mamallapuram, an ancient Indian port town is in
Kancheepuram District Tamil Nadu. It is famous for the rock cut temples especially the
‘Descent of the Ganges’. The group of monuments at Mahabalipuram has been classified as a
UNESCO World Heritage Site.
KANCHEEPURAM
Kancheepuram, the temple town, situated on the North East Coast of Tamil Nadu is bound by
Bay of Bengal, Kancheepuram silks, famed the world over has acquired the GI tag.
SANTHOME CHURCH
The Santhome Church, the International Shrine of St.Thomas Basilicia has an underground
tomb chapel. A church was built over his supposed tomb and today known as the San Thome
Basilica. The Basilica is one of many churches that claim to have been built over the tomb of
an apostle.
FORT ST.GEORGE MUSEUM
Fort St.George in Chennai, unlike a fort, is an area enclosed by a gigantic stonewall. Many
empire-builders namely, Robert Clive, Thomas Pitt, Elihu Yale resided in the Fort and in fact,
it played as important role in the expansion of the British territory in India. The flag staff at
Fort St. George in Chennai is the tallest in India.
EGMORE MUSEUM AND ART GALLERY
Egmore Museum, established in 1851, is located in Egmore, Chennai, known as the Madras
Museum and is one other largest museums in South Asia. It is particularly rich in
archaeological and numismatic collections. Many of the buildings within the Museum
campus are over 100 years old. The National Art Gallery is also present in the museum
premises.
EDWARD ELLIOT’S BEACH
It is popularly known as Besant Nagar Beach or Bessie is located in Besant Nagar, Chennai,
It has the Velankanni Church and the Ashtalakshmi temple nearby.

ST.THOMAS MOUNT CHURCH


St. Thomas Mount Known in Tamil as Parangimalai is located in Chennai near the
neighbourhood of Guindy close to the Chennai International Airport. A shrine dedicated to
“Our Lady of Expectation” (Mother Mary) was built in1523 on the top of the mount. A flight
of 160 steps lead up to the summit of the mount.
COVELONG BEACH
Cove Long Beach id located on the Coromandel Coast of Bay of Bengal, where the shining
sun, calm sea and shimmering sand fonnra unique aura of cheerfulness and magnetism.
Flanked by attractive and uplifting palm trees and glittering white sand with fascinating and
colourful sea shells, the picturesque beauty of this makes it a well-known tourists destination.
VEDANTHANGAL SANTUARY
Vedanthangal Bird Sanctuary is located in Kancheepuram District in Chennai. The Sanctuary
is about 75 sq.km south of Chengalpet. Vendanthngal is one of the oldest water bird
sanctuaries in the country. Vedanthangal in Tamil means “Hamlet of the Hunter”.
PALLIKARANAI BEACH
Pallikaranai Wetland is a fresh water swamp in the city of Chennai. The Marsh Land is
situated adjacent to the Bay of Bengal, about 20 Kms and has a geographical aera pf 80
sq.km. radius. The Marsh Land is the only surviving wetland ecosystem of the city. It is one
of the 94 identified wetlands under National Wetland Conservation and Management
Programme (NWCMP).
