AFFIDAVIT

I, LEONARDO TORRES GAMAYON, of legal age, married, Filipino Citizen and

presently residing at 47 M.H. Del Pilar, Brgy. Cupang, Balanga City, Bataan, under oath
depose and state:

1. That I am processing my requirements for traveling abroad;

2. That my brother SONNY TORRES GAMAYON is presently working abroad

(Dubai, UAE);

3. That I hereby state and certify under oath that I am the brother SONNY
TORRES GAMAYON as evidenced by my Certificate of Live Birth, copy of which is
hereto attached forming an integral part hereof;

4. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing

statements for all legal intent and purposes this affidavit may serve; and

FURTHER, I sayeth none.
