SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

presently do hereby appoint, name and constitute, Filipino citizen, of legal age and
resident of Brgy. Anonang, San Fabian, Pangasinan, Philippines to be my exclusive, true
and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, and for that purpose, in our names and in our behalf, to
do and perform all or any of the following acts, deeds, and things, to wit:

1. To represent me in processing my business papers in the office of Bureau of

Internal Revenue (BIR) Calasiao, Pangasinan;

2. To make, sign, seal, execute and deliver contracts, documents, agreements and
other writings of whatever nature or kind concerning the above mentioned

3. In general to do all other acts, deeds, matters, and things whatsoever relating to
the above mentioned authority, as fully and effectual to all intents and purposes
as we could lawfully do in our own proper persons if personally present;

and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing
