DEED OF SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Sale, made and entered into by and between DIOMEDES S. LAGUERTA,
of legal age, Filipino , and a resident of Rosales, Pangasinan (hereinafter referred to as the
“SELLER”);

- and -

LOUIE B. MANGAMPAT, likewise of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Dasmarinas,

Cavite (hereinafter referred to as the “BUYER”);

WITNESSETH: That

WHEREAS, the SELLER is the true and registered owner of a certain motor vehicle, which
is more particularly described as follows:

WHEREAS, the SELLER desires to sell the said motor vehicle and the BUYER is ready,
willing and able to buy the same.

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of THREE HUNDRED TEN
THOUSAND PESOS (P 310,000.00), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the SELLER
to his full and complete satisfaction, the SELLER does hereby SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY
unto the BUYER, her heirs, successors and assigns, the above-described motor vehicle.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto affixed their respective signatures
this 3rd day of March 2016 in Mangaldan, Pangasinan.
