JR., of legal age, married, Filipino, and resident of No. P-3 Oyama, Tiwi
Albay, hereinafter referred to as the VENDEE, hereby SELLS, CEDES,
TRANSFER and CONVEY and by way these presents have SOLD, CEDED,
TRANSFERRED AND CONVEYED unto the said VENDEE, a certain motor
vehicle and more particularly described as follows:

IS WHERE IS“ basis.
