Sir:

I am a graduating BS Biology student and I am grateful that I will be one of the recipients of
academic honors (cum laude) having earned a general weighted average of 1.4530300 this June.
Most of all I would like to pursue Doctor of Medicine here in our own University.

In this regard, please consider me for screening/admission even if I would not present yet an
official certification of my GWA and class standing. The reason is that, I am an officer of the
Student Council of our college and we have yet to work on our organization’s accomplishment
report (AR) and financial statement (FS) after we shall have collected all accountabilities from
our lower classmen next week. These two documents (AR & FS) are requirements for our
clearance which is subsequently a requirement for the release of the needed certification from the
registrar’s office.

Meanwhile, may we (my friends and I) request that the list of academic honors for AY 2016-
2017 which was approved in yesterday’s University Academic Council meeting be used
temporarily as basis for our academic standings. I promise to turn in the official certification as
soon as I shall have accomplished my college and university clearances.

I hope for your consideration of this request.
