Construction of VILMADEZ classic resort will be located at Brgy. San Manuel, Quezon,
Nueva Ecija. The land that will be used on the project will be purchased by Ronnel P. Malong,
Michael John M. Villones and Jeffrey M. Valdez. The place will be developed and reformed into
an area perfect for resort construction. It is a tree crowded site where fresh air and pleasing
environment will be found. Serving as comfortable refuge - accompanied by birds singing all-the
-day and sunset spreading its golden beauty- is its significant role in the community. The place
promotes simple yet attractive environment accurate for relaxation. Although it is not a home for
much establishments, the resort that will be build is a key for being well-known and possibly

E. BUDGETARY REQUIREMENTS
The total amount of budgetary requirements needed to build VILMADEZ resort will be
approximately 2.7 million pesos. These include the land, pools, cottages, houses, slides, boats,
bikes, constructions, obstacles and other expenses. Afterwards, monthly budget requirements for

business will possibly 304, 000 including the water, services, electricity, workers salary and
expenses.
II. RATIONALE
Resort is a place that is popular destination for vacations or recreation, or which is frequent
for particular purpose. It comprises of pools, slides, cottages and other facilities that can entertain
people. Resort business produce money in large amount yet large amount of money is being
spend in its production and implementation. Despite of being in line with gamble, resort plays

VI. PLAN OF ACTIVITIES
A. PRE-IMPLEMENTING

Since the design of the project is classic, we will hire Ryan Norris P. Garcia,
environmental laws.

● Site development
The site where the resort will be build is originally composed of water lilies and mainly
covered with water. This will be developed by putting mass of soil where facilities will be placed
while leaving space for the pools and lakes. Land will be flattened and are then ready for
construction.
Raw materials that will be used on construction will be purchased on hardware business
of John Carlo C. Castro. Materials are strictly identified based on their quality, ease of availment,
and affordability.
Twenty construction workers will be hired from San Manuel, Quezon, Nueva Ecija and
Gen. Luna, Sto. Domingo, Nueva Ecija. Time frame of working will be two months and each
worker will receive 400 pesos per day. Workers will be hired based on their experiences and
skills.
Facilities that will be build inside the resorts are obstacles, tree houses, cottages and other
buildings such as stores or shops. Workers that will be hired will be selected from previous resort
workers but are lessen in numbers. In constructing obstacles, 20 000 pesos will be alloted, 45
000 pesos for tree house and 40 000 for cottages. Other buildings will be constructed by partner
businesses. On the other hand, 200 000 pesos will be alloted for construction of slide and 5 000
