1. First visit: One paragraph atleast 5 sentences write-up on your expectations before the visit
occurs, first impression and learning/takeaways from that CS first session.

We have an orientation in nstp thats why we are informed on what we are going to do I expect already
the thing we need to do that nstp facilitator told us.Not to be judgmental but this is usually the case in
public elementary school I expect the place is so noisy. My impression to the students that they are
difficult to teach and manage. My takeaway is we all have our own beliefs. We all have our own way to
learn something.

2. Second visit: Adjustments you have to make and learning/takeaways from the CS second session.

This is our second visit thats why I know what should I do next, specifically in the situation of teaching
the students, the student is having a hard time in math subject so I focus more on teaching the student
in math. I tell her some techniques to easily answer the question. Takeaway in second visit is learning in
classroom is not enough because teachers can't teach us the way we want. We should study in our
home so we can try it or experience it on how to do so we can know if we really understand it. Every
students have their own skills, some are good at this part and others are bit.

3. Third visit: Further learning/takeaways that can now be formulated as recommendations and
suggestions

This is our third visit so I have enough time to observe the community service sessions. Time is gold so
we should not wasting time. We should obey the time have been agreed upon, I refer here the first hour
of Nstp. The instructor or nstp students needs to be patient and know how to teach the topic in many
ways. The students should advice something about education that can help the students.

4. Fourth session What have I really contributed to the CS engagements and what can I possibly do
more?

I have a lot contribution in cs engagement. First is the time which is very important to me. Wish we can
turn back time but it can't be. My knowledge is passed on the students. My patience in teaching aldana
students is tested. I also gave students hope she will carry on growing up. I should not help people
because it is pre requisite we must help because we want to and it is not just forced.
