reason, charge account, various sales report and sales report will be sent out by email.
Moreover, Casio V-R200 is a remote handheld that use for taking orders for instance, waiters
can use android based smartphone or tablet instead of taking orders using papers and pen.

Basically, before taking order process begin, waiter need to make sure that the android or
tablet have a Wi-Fi connection in order to connect with the thermal printer that situated in the
kitchen. For the first step, waiter need to key-in the table number for example, table number
80 so that it easier for the other waiter to deliver the customer’s order (refer figure 1). Then,
the customer makes an order as usual while the waiter just click the items that customer
request based on the menu that already available in the application (refer figure 2). Based on
figure 2 that shown the graphic table layout of the application, on the right side it shows the
menu together with the price for each of the item.

Furthermore, if in case customer want to customize their order for instance, iced tea with less
sugar or less ice, waiter can just press the button “mesej dapur” (refer figure 3) and it will
show all the list for menu’s customization (refer figure 4). The waiter just needs to find the
right message and click the button, so it will directly appear below that particular item. For
example, based on figure 2 the customer order 1 glass of warm lime but in the menu there
only available for hot lime, so the waiter needs to customize the customer’s order through
“mesej dapur” which will be stated ‘warm’ below the hot lime item.
The next step is waiter need to press the hold button after customer confirm all their order
and the graphic table layout will show ‘hold’ at the bottom of the total item ordered (refer
figure 5). Once the hold button has been pressed, the receipt straightaway will be print out
through thermal printer in the kitchen or any food station that related to the food or drink that
customer ordered. If in case, customer would like to cancel their order or change their order
they can just inform the waiter and the waiter will just void the previous order using the same
application. The waiter does not need to go to the kitchen or any food station to inform the
staff about the customer’s cancellation. Once the void process has been done, thermal printer
will straightaway print the receipt shown ‘void’ for the cancelled item. These taking order
process ease both the customer and waiter since the waiter does not have to waste their time
to go here and there to communicate with the other staff.

Besides, these processes do not need to re-key the order when the customer want to make
payment. They just need to mention their table number and after key-in the table number, the
system will automatically generate the total amount of the bill. Customer can choose either
they want to make payment by cash or cards. Thus, this application improved accuracy, no
forgotten items during taking order process and obviously the time taken for taking order can
be reduced.
