3 PERSON ABLE TO HANDLE CRISIS WITH

MATURITY AND CALM.

1. MY FATHER:-
It was a time, when 7th pay commission was introduced in
our state. At that time, the clerk of my father’s department,
asked for bribe of 3000rs in exchange of verifying and passing
the documents but my father being man of principles refused
to pay bribe, then clerk refused to do his duty and he started
creating hurdles in the process for so long. Then my father
approached to the higher authority and told them about the
whole matter. The higher authority stand beside my father and
helped him in this whole process and gave warning to the clerk
not to do such kind of misbehavior in this department.
Otherwise, he shall be kicked out from this department. I think
that was the time when my father handle crisis with maturity
and never lost his calmness.
2. MY BROTHER:-
It was a time of summer vacations, my brother had come for
holidays at home. One evening, he was on his way to market.
He was driving his car, on a sharp curve on old lady appeared
in front of car. He tried his best to stop the car but still the car
hit her mildly, she fell on the road. Without knowing anything
people gathered there and started blaming my brother for
accident. He being a gentle man came out of the car to help
her to see whether she was fine or not. She was bleeding on
her arms. He took her to the nearby hospital for first aid. He
stood by her until the doctor said she was fine and then he
dropped her to her home where he explained everything to her
family. He himself apologized for misfortunate accident. Her
family thanked and praised my brother for his genuine and kind
behavior. That was the time he handle that situation with
maturity and calmness and did not ran away.

3. MY GRANDFATHER:-
In 1990’s when terrorism was at its peak in Kashmir valley.
The militants were forcing kashmiri pandits out of kashmiri
valley by threatening them with their lives. My family was one
of those families living there at that time. The militants
frequently came by our home and threaten to leave the place
or face the consequences . At first, my family refused to leave
his ancestral home. Day by day the situation got worse and the
threatens were turned into killings. At that time my grandfather
thought about the safety of his family and acting maturily at
the situation, he choose to leave with his family leaving behind
everything for the security of his family. That was the time my
grandfather took a wise decision for the future of his family
which shows that my grandfather handles that situation with
maturity.
