The implementation of the technological approaches towards attaining the sustainable

development strategy can be done in diverse ways in ensuring the construction of crèche

structure is done to the capacity. Sustainability is a key goal in each of the building done since it

ensures that all resources are maximized and within a timely bound. The utilization of the

technological approaches will ensure that the crèche project makes use of the best technology to

cater for its completion (Damineli, 2010). Nevertheless, environment is a significant element

towards construction of any building; it’s good to have a healthy and safe to have a conducive

climatic condition within the vicinity of a building. Primarily, the approach towards

sustainability suggests that all the required operation that are involved when building the crèche

such as maintenance and finishing should not have any negative effect towards the environment.

The sustainability development strategy requires good acquisition of experts, customers and the

architectural designers to come up with proper technological approaches that are of benefit to the

project. Nevertheless, in the process of ensuring that all entities required for construction of the

building are followed is important to ensure that the building is safe from biased approaches that

are not of benefit. It’s a requirement for the implemented strategies to have a positive effect

towards the construction rules and regulation so that at the end the crèche will not be affected

negatively. In addition, some of the projected approaches comprises of, the use bio-gradable

resources, ensuring that there is sustainable indoor environment technologies and use of less

consuming energy products. Economic diversification plays a major role in making sure that

development is sustainable in the construction of structures such as crèche, through which it will

foster the newly technologies implemented. This paper will discuss deeply on the technological

approaches towards sustainability development.

 Summary of technologies for the strategy

In the recent technology has been a turning point in the field of invention and it is for this matter

that building and construction cannot be left out to at least technological updates that will foster

sustainable development. The process of applying the already identified strategies will help in

the reduction of levels of carbon dioxide, improve environmental factors and reduce the cost of

construction through the use of available resources. In the development of crèche it’s important

to note that technology will play a major role in ensuring the whole process is a success.

Architectural design as an aspect of construction should follow the technological approaches that

are estimated to sustainable development so as to make it efficient. As mentioned in the

introduction this part will discuss the suitable and most efficient technological approaches that

can cater a sustainable crèche development

The use of the available renewable materials

Renewable resources are described as materials that can be recycled back and can be turned into

other useful products. In building and construction there are a lot of items that can be used and

get recycled back to help in construction. For instance, organic paints, used pellets of cement and

sand are some of the examples (John, 2011). The use of the renewable materials an important

technological approach since it will both take care of the environment and lower the cost of

buying other products. In the olden days people used to misuse the waste products by throwing

some harmful and toxic chemicals to the environment hence leading to air and water pollution. It

is important to note in this paper that through the use of the renewal technology process the

waste products can be amassed and turned to products of help. Nevertheless, implementation of a
renewal process to the waster products will impact positively to sustainable development of

affect the residents either positively or negatively depending on the climatic condition of the
