Topic: Learners Information System Revisited

Highlights

The participants were able to see the glimpse of the Learners Information System. The
class advisers were able to reminisce the difficulties that they encounter when they used the
system last school year. Corrections from the previous reading of forms were applied.

Session 1: Learners Information System Revisited

Objectives Within the session, 90% of the teachers will be able to do the following:
a. Identify the parts of the Learners Information System;
b. Enroll learners in the system; and
c. Participate in the discussion actively.

Introductory The session started with a Visual Presentation of a prayer, a Nationalistic


Activity song and Sugbo Hymn led by Mr. Leonardo T. Momongan.

Share The participants were asked to share on their experiences on their visual
matters or instructional materials needed in the delivery of the lesson.

Discuss After the sharing, the facilitator introduced to the group on how to
make the tarp papel using the MS Word and MS Excel. She also introduced

on how to navigate the printer in order to print a poster or the tarp papel.

Activity After the presentation and interaction, the facilitator asked the
participants to make their own version of the tarp papel and were asked to
print it out.

Plan The body agreed that the next session will be on February 28, 2019.

Session 9: Preparing and Accomplishing Different School Forms

Introductory The session started with a Visual Presentation of a prayer, a Nationalistic

Share The participants were asked to share on their experiences on how they
fill up the school forms for five minutes.

Discuss After the sharing, the facilitator reminded the group on the things to be
included in the forms, the possible errors of entries and many more. She
explained the reason on why an adviser should follow the said corrections

downloaded school form 5 and were asked to countercheck the data. She
explained that the summary of learners were based on the encoded data.

Activity After the presentation and interaction, the facilitator asked the
participants to countercheck the data entries in the LIS Form 5 with their
computed averages.

Plan The class advisers were reminded to change any erroneous entries in
preparation for the District reading.

Clincher The participants were reminded on the schedule for the District Reading
of Forms.
