BATTLE OF THE FESTIVAL 2019

RATIONALE:

Sultan Kudarat gather to celebrate unity in diversity amongst them. The celebration
is also their way of giving thanks for a bountiful harvest.

Kalimudan Festival commemorates the founding anniversary of the Province of

Sultan Kudarat. The week long festivities gather the different tribes in the province for
thanksgiving, and colorful showcase. The Battle of the Festival in the biggest event for
the celebration, different municipalities show rheir bountiful harvest through Street
Dancing and field demonstration.

I. GOALS AND OBJECTIVES:

1. To promote culture in the municipality locally or globally through dance and

presentation;
2. To inculcate in their minds, the spirit of discipline, teamwork, excellence, fair
play, solidarity, sportsmanship, and other values inherent in the field of friendly
competition.
