Is NBI Useful Against Criminal Authorities?

I know some of us is considered as politacal animals, they handeled the law by their own.
Justice nowadays is injustice.In our lives we can interpret the welfare of each other, there are
those who propose governments to care for the safety of people. We must maintain social
justice to maintain peace and development. When living the law of justice in a country fears to
make people unlawful, in such a way that crimes in one country will be limited and the
economy will further develop.
