Position                                   :           Management Trainee-Sales

Area                                        :           Sales

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Identifies new business opportunities by prospecting and evaluating relevant corporate


entities
 Makes pitches/presentations to CXO level decision makers for LEIG’s bouquet of products
 Responsible for sourcing B2B Print Advertisement/ Sponsorship Sales for Intellectual
Property events, conferences, conclaves, roundtables, summits etc.
 Completely owns assigned accounts from Lead Generation to final delivery of service
offering
 Builds and maintains a strong sales pipeline to consistently deliver on set targets
 Maps allocated accounts and builds strong work relationships with clients for repeat
business
 Regularly reports all sales activity and acts within the company’s compliance framework
 Works closely with the operations team to ensure optimum customer satisfaction
 Always ensures process adherence and error free timely delivery of projects
 Ensures optimum utilization of available resources
 Creates an atmosphere of trust and transparency within the team

KEY REQUIREMENTS

 MBA or any relevant post-graduation, prior Corporate/B2B sales experience will be


preferred
 Should be well versed with current affairs and up-to-date with current economic and
business
o scenario
o Create an environment orientated to trust, open communication, creative thinking &
cohesive team effort
o Should not have apprehensions to travel beyond city limits for the interest of business
o Possesses excellent MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Word skills

Decision makers (CXO’s) at MNCs, Large Indian Corporates, PSU’s and Banks etc.

Primary Internal Interactions


Operations Team, Finance, HR, Facility, IT Infrastructure, Heads of Other SBU.

Fixed CTC- (A) 700000
Retirals (includes Gratuity & Medical Insurance Benefits)- (B) 40000
Sales Commission (Sales Incentive-On Target Opportunity)  - ( C )* 340000
Total CTC (A+B+C) 1080000

*Incentive payout will be made quarterly, the on target Sales Commission
