►About the Institute
Birla Institute of Scientific Research has earned a reputation of providing quality,
cutting-edge short term training Programs, presented by the knowledgeable and
experienced scientists in the field of Biosciences, Microbiology, Biotechnology
and Bioinformatics. The Institute has state of art infrastructure facilities in
Biosciences, Biotechnology and Bioinformatics. BISR conduct this training program
in the month of May to July, every year.

► Duration: 6 weeks

►Two Batches: - (1) 13 May - 22 June, 2019

(2) 03 June - 13 July, 2019

►Structure of the Program: The program has been designed in five modules.

1. Microbiology - One week

2. Fermentation, Protein Extraction & Purification - One week
3. Molecular Biology I - One week
3. Molecular Biology II - One week
4. Bioinformatics - One week
5. Systems Biology, Next Generation Sequencing & drug design - One week

►Eligibility:- UG and PG Science background with good academic record.

►Number of Seats: 20 students per batch.
