<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Heliservice Aviation S.A.C.</strong> is a company

incorporated in 2015, as the maintenance organization No. 086 based in the city of Yarinacocha-
Pucallpa. Our company began operating for the Helicopter Peru operating company which
operated helicopters type MI-8MTV-1 and Mi-171, fulfilling the periodic and operational
maintenance at our main base. Additionally, up to the present, maintenance of the aircraft of
different national and foreign operators has been carried out.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">As of 2020, Heliservice Aviation already has new aeronautical
management personnel with a great capacity to analyze flight and maintenance operations, and
committed to continue the work of the company, improving the organization in order to increase,
apart from services of maintenance, other services that increase the continuous development of
the business group and its service fields.</p>

OUR SERVICES
Heliservice Aviation is a company that has a team of

Maintenance service, Spare parts supply, Component
 repair and overhaul, Aeronautical engineering
consulting and Aircraft sales.

Aircraft Maintenance
Heliservice Aviation as an OMA 86 has been
authorized by the Aeronautical Authority (DGAC
PERU) through its list of capabilities to perform line
maintenance and periodic inspections of Mi-8MTV-1
and Mi-171 aircraft.

Spare parts supply

Heliservice Aviation has the certificates and
authorizations of the manufacturer suppliers to make
the necessary supplies to the operating companies or
aircraft maintenance organizations.
 
 Supplier of spare parts for fuselage, engines and all
systems.
 Spare parts for all modifications of Russian
helicopters Mil Mi-8, Mi-17/171
 Spare parts for airplanes and helicopters of Russian,
Ukrainian and Western origin such as Antonov, Mil, Bell and
Boeing.
 Repair and overhaul of fuselage, engines and all
systems.
 Supply of rescue and emergency equipment.
Modernization of the fuselage system and all aircraft
 Supply of technical documentation and newsletters.
 Supply of ground support equipment.
 Supply of oil, greases, lubricants and tires.
Component repair and overhaul
Heliservice as OMA 86 has agreements and
representations of factories and repairers of Russia
and Ukraine with capabilities to perform the repair
and overhaul of the main components of the Mi-
8MTV-1 and Mi-171 aircraft.

Aeronautical Engineering
Consulting
Heliservice Aviation has experienced professionals
in Aeronautical Engineering and Technology who are
trained to provide consulting related to the
maintenance of aeronautical parts and components
as well as design and approval of structural repairs
of aircraft.

Aircraft sales
Heliservice Aviation has the certifications of
authorized suppliers to carry out the sale of aircraft.
