ABRACORR 30
ABRASION AND CORROSION RESISTANT STEEL

ABRACOR 30 is a fine grain steel, weldable and particularly suited for resolving problems of severe abrasion in
wet environments and under high temperatures up to 600 °C. Considering its high mechanical characteristics, the
machinability of ABRACOR 30 is good. The applications are wide ranging : steel industry, non-metallic minerals
(cement, lime, concrete, ceramics, etc.), metal and coal mines, sugar mills, paper and carton manufacturing, recovery
and recycling of municipal solid wastes, public works etc.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCT - ABRACOR 30 plates are manufactured in thicknesses of 4 to 40 mm. Thicknesses
above 40 mm may be furnished after specific consultation with the plant.

The plates are manufactured normalized (normalization temperature: 925 °C)
